For example, only fresh summer barley from the Thuringian Rhön, Hallertau hops and a yeast strain cultivated especially for Arnstadt are used. The water for our unfiltered, natural beers comes from our own deep well and is treated with modern water treatment technology in accordance with the strict drinking water guidelines.
