 The offers mentioned here only apply to group and coach tour operators, i.e. tourist resellers.

• Our group rates are subject to change depending on the day of booking and arrival. Please ask our group experts for the price valid for YOUR trip,
• Group rates apply from 25 paying guests.
• One free room per 25 paying guests is granted, including the booked pension benefit (breakfast, half board or full board).
• Last free cancellation date: 6 weeks prior to arrival
• In the event of late cancellation of the entire group, the following cancellation costs will be due as a percentage of the booked or expected turnover:

• < 6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival: 25%
• < 3 weeks to 7 days: 50%
• < 7 days: 80%

The definitive number of rooms must be determined 7 days before arrival and communicated to the hotel. This number will be charged. If additional rooms are needed, in case of availability, the actual number of rooms used will be charged.
